3. Quotes, Prices, and Availability

  • Airline fares
  • Hotel availability or hotel rates
  • Exchange rates
  • Taxes, airport charges, or government fees
  • Supplier prices
  • Visa charges
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Seasonal demand

A booking becomes confirmed only after Egyptian International Tours issues written confirmation and receives the required payment.

4. Payments and Installments

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking.

Payment deadlines are shown in the quotation, invoice, or contract. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation, loss of availability, supplier penalties, or repricing.

Installment plans, bank promotions, credit-card offers, fintech payments, and financing arrangements are subject to the terms, approval, limits, fees, and interest policies of the issuing bank or finance provider. Egyptian International Tours does not control those terms.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:

  • The travel package contract
  • Airline fare rules
  • Hotel cancellation terms
  • Visa and government fee rules
  • Supplier conditions
  • Timing of the cancellation request
  • Whether services have already been issued, reserved, or consumed

Some items may be non-refundable, including issued airline tickets, visa fees, government fees, special hotel rates, peak-season reservations, promotional fares, and supplier deposits.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through Egyptian International Tours official communication channels in writing.

Egyptian International Tours will process eligible refunds after receiving the relevant refund from suppliers where applicable. Processing time may vary depending on banks, airlines, hotels, embassies, government entities, and payment providers.

6. Visa, Passport, and Travel Documents

Egyptian International Tours may provide guidance or administrative support for visa-related requirements. However:

  • Visa approval is decided only by the embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or official government entity.
  • Egyptian International Tours cannot guarantee visa issuance, entry to a country, or approval of any travel document.
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, residency documents, military permits, security approvals, vaccination records, and other required documents are valid and accurate.
  • Passport validity requirements may vary by destination. Travelers should generally ensure that passports have sufficient remaining validity before booking.

Any refusal of entry, visa rejection, denied boarding, or missed travel caused by incomplete, expired, inaccurate, or missing documents remains the traveler’s responsibility unless caused directly by Egyptian International Tours proven error.

7. Hajj, Umrah, and Saudi Travel

Hajj, Umrah, Saudi visas, Egyptian Umrah Portal requirements, barcodes, permits, Nusuk appointments, hotel allocations, transportation arrangements, and travel rules may change according to Egyptian and Saudi regulations.

For Hajj and Umrah travel, customers must review the final written itinerary, accommodation level, included services, cancellation policy, and official travel requirements before payment.

Travelers must:

  • Arrive at the airport within the time required by the airline.

Egyptian International Tours may assist with communication where possible, but airline decisions remain outside Egyptian International Tours control.

9. Hotels and Accommodation

Hotel descriptions, photographs, star ratings, room views, bed types, facilities, meals, and location information are based on information supplied by hotels or providers.

Room allocation is controlled by the hotel at check-in and is subject to availability.

Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, connecting rooms, special bedding, sea views, and dietary requests are requests only unless confirmed in writing.

Hotel local taxes, resort fees, deposits, incidental charges, and mandatory service charges may apply depending on the destination and hotel policy.
